Patch 4.0.11 error -> game not starting -> how to fix it ;-)

Its a direct x 9 error. Some parts are missing of it.
With the following link u can fix the problem.
It will not reduce your direct x from versin 11 to 9 or something, it will just replace the missing dx9 files Runes needs to start succesful.
